Weight loss motivation...how sometimes have you been highly motivated to lose fat? Like many, many people, most likely a great deal of times.
Why then, do our weight loss efforts appear to always end with the same results? We appear to end up worn out and hungry with very little weight loss, even with physical exercise. Then, we end up poorly motivated, or worse still, we are left without any weight loss determination left at all.
The answer is two words - good feedback. With it you can be unstoppable in the weight loss attempts of yours. Without positive feedback it probably is simply a question of time before you're sapped of any motivation which you'd started out with. And positive feedback means that you're getting results, good results. You are losing weight, feeling great and sticking to the plan of yours.
